It’s the end of the month again, everyone knows by now that it’s time to break out the tissue box, because GE is reporting the news! Usually in past updates lately, I type things up as they happen so I don’t forget about things. But this time I have been slacking, so I have a little more typing to do… no biggie though. :P

Now it’s rant time! Not that anyone actually reads these, or they do but don’t (yes it does make sense). Maybe I will make a post of all my rants to force people to talk about stuff, instead of everyone only coming to see where I put their guild. Maybe if I gave my rants catchy headlines people will pay more attention to them… let’s try it!
FAIRPLAY is the new ELITISM!
Everyone knows what it means to play fair, right? (I’ll assume everyone says yes, or I will have to slap people for lying!) There are certain standards that a fair player does not compromise to make them a fair player. In a game like EO people do not understand why play by the rules when no one enforces them, the reason is called “maturity”. But it’s just a game right? Yeah, clearly it is, you’re an idiot if you use that excuse though. Games have RULES and non-childish people follow them. Acting out online says a lot more about you as a person than you think, so don’t try to excuse your bad behavior.

No, that is an evens stupider excuse. Because it has 2D graphics, that makes it a kid game? Most older people grew up playing 2D games, that doesn’t make every 2D game a kid game. For one, MMORPGs are for everyone to play, some have an age limit but no one is honest about their age on those when they don’t meet the limit. But EO is not a kid’s game, so slap yourself in the face if you got that one wrong. Now think of the irony when you get older and you play a game and a new crop of idiots are saying you don’t belong because you aren’t 15 or 10 lol. But this is getting me a bit side-tracked, so back to the point!
Fair players follow certain standards and play by example which 90% of EO players would fail in a minute. Is that elitism though? No. Why did I say fair play is elitism then? Because fair players are not fair players anymore (yes, there are some that are still fair, but very, VERY few). The average fair player is pretty much flat out lying to everyone’s face. Honesty is not an actual standard of fair play in that sense, so they are off the hook for that… well not quite; it is still rude to lie! More and more “fair players” are getting busted doing stuff that is against the standards of fair play. Most of them are just bragging about being a fair player to make them sound better than others. That is not what fair play is about! THAT is where the elitism comes in; they treat being known as “fair” as if it were a title, costume, high level, etc. to brag about. The word noob can apply here instead, they claim to be fair to brag, but they aren’t even fair to begin with.
The fair player standards are:
NO cheating (You all know what is and isn’t cheating, quit playing dumb.)
NO training with cheaters (Loopholes are just in your minds you frauds.)
NO paying to be trained (See above you frauds.)
NO helping cheaters (Helping them would be giving a green light to all cheaters, nice job!)
NO scamming (Duh?)
NO trading accounts (Duh!)
NO helping with trading accounts (Is this surprising? Look at the one before it, makes it a no brainer.)
NO paying real money for pixels (Should be a given also.)
There might be a couple of more, there is a lot on my mind and something may have been left out. But those are pretty much the basics, too bad the rant isn’t over yet, huh? What brings this up anyways? Because the fair players are becoming more mythical every day, even Vult abandoned them ages ago. That is what made the fair guilds so successful amongst themselves. But this is also where more frauds can be found.
Everything listed as a standard above has been violated by a lot of the fair guilds, at a time when their community has shrunk, they chose to smash it some more! But not only are they breaking the rules, they are trying to cover it up (no, this is not a conspiracy theory). It could get to a point where it will bring shame to someone to be called fair unless they get their act together. They have scammed, MMed, scammed as MM, bought costumes and accounts for cash, autoed, sped, ghosted, hacked, hacked, and hacked some more.
But they won’t admit their mistakes, so that in a way makes them worse than cheaters. Luckily people that don’t play fair aren’t really fair players huh? The rest of the REAL fair players can still relax; they didn’t give in to stupidity. I am talking to specific people with this rant, they know they are guilty and I know they are too. I’ll give you guys a chance to come clean and make things right or else you are toast! Stop calling yourselves fair, you give the real fair players a bad name.
Anyways, I guess I’ve ranted enough, I could go on and on about how disappointed I am with certain guilds and certain people. But they have a chance to fess up first, it may burn a lot of bridges for me… but oh well I guess. :P

I still don’t have anything negative to say about SCS yet, let us hope that doesn’t change. Sano has gotten quite a reputation for killing Autoers (probably some of the “Terrible” voters). This is really good for fair players; unfortunately… killing is a no-no for a “saint”. But SCS is doing okay regardless; they are not as active I guess. But that is normal for this time of year.

It’s good that they have such a devoted leader, or is it!? …It is! Ren has kept himself busy with guild work and even some non-guild work, but he won’t get any points for that! After the Steve drama *snore* a lot of people were fed up with Vult, one of those people was Ren! But he is still there for his guild every chance he gets. They remain pretty active considering what time of the year it is.
TTU takes 3rd!
I still can’t think of a witty headline using ‘TTU’ though…
The peace of mind they have now that there is no more anonymous slander constantly thrown their way. I hear they have managed to find some recruits this month, it’s about time! The Medcat/Riland blog said something about some event… I don’t know if anything ever came of that though. I have no other news on TTU, and I’m sure they are sighing in relief. :P

I haven’t looked around much to get info on them, so that is pretty much my fault. They are a fresh guild though… I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they haven’t already hidden a lot of bad stuff.
MNR falls to 5th!
Not really rogue, but not really not-rogue either…
I’ve been patient with MNR since I got back, I even held back some things on past posts (shame on me, I’m sorry). But no matter what happens, it seems there is always a new story being told out of MNR. They like to hand out a barrel of sunshine, but they want to ignore that strange bump in the rug. So I decided to take a peak under the rug, lately I’ve pointed out a few negative things I found. But the more I look under the rug, the more I find… I am not very confident with MNR anymore. I am stripping them of their green status until they fess up, no more tall tales. There is no reason to cover things up!
But as far as MNR stuff goes, I’m sure they’ll be angry at me again for telling the truth, again. If they are, so be it. I don’t really care anymore, I am disappointed in them! But other than that, Dizney has kept me updated about finding new recruits. I hope they turn out good, because the current MNR isn’t doing so well lately. The creator of the guild (Oziah) even bailed on them overnight last month to go to SOA (a deader than dead guild). But she is back in MNR again, and a leader again. This would be the third or fourth time she bailed on her “family”. So clearly something is not right in MNR, the leaders play the blame game with each other… and it’s all a mess.
The only thing I can be sure of with MNR now is that there will be more drama to come, and lots of it.
JET lands in 6th!
It has been coming for a couple months now, JET has crashed!
Just after turning 2 (barely), it seems JET couldn’t keep itself up. Rettan is off EO for a month or so, and everything is crumbling now? I was told by an ex-JET (Superemily) that she sped the whole time she was in JET. At first I dismissed this as some random person saying random things, but after a recent incident with an Autoer in JET… I’m not so sure I should dismiss that so quick. It is true that Eggie did kick him a couple days ago when I brought it up to her. But other people have been bringing it up with her and Kalisey for a couple of weeks before that… nothing happened. Why is that?
Maybe JET isn’t about fair playing, even though it’s in their rules and even their goals are not to cheat. If I wouldn’t have brought it up, would the autoer still be in now? I think he would. Not that I think I have some sort of power, but Eggie knows me, and knows I’m cool like that. But even if this wouldn’t have come out, their numbers are still dwindling. Their activity is getting lower and lower… maybe JET can’t function without Rettan? I don’t want to say it… but JET won’t make it to 3 at this rate.

Well I still have no idea about them, I haven’t been on enough, and I’m not putting any effort in digging on them anymore. But they have managed to stay on the radar for this long, so clearly there is some life in RED.

RA is dying, again. The recruiters aren’t filtering still, so it’s the same RA it used to be. Why is it still blue? I’m giving them a chance, I don’t know why; they clearly are going to fail lol. But I will still let them shape up. They will probably end up dying (…again) sometime in the near future though.

Well it seems that GEX is back, and their numbers are rising quickly. But they have an uncertain record of reviving big and dying off again even faster. So they may be coming back right now, I’m not sure it is stable enough to stick around again.

I don’t remember what genius/idiot decided to bring back the worst guild in EO, but they did. And again its presence is attracting every moron within 100 miles. I don’t really think there is anything else worth mentioning about BL, it’s probably the same crap under a different idiot. I hope it ends quickly and for good. Guilds die for a reason; new leaders shouldn’t try to dig up old guilds. It is disrespectful and also pointless, it will die again. Make your own guild if you want a guild you lazy vultures.

Well after they destroyed themselves last month, by themselves. They seemed to have managed to patch themselves up again. I’m sure they are thinking up new ways to justify their stupidity as I type this. All of the drama that came from Mherby and Mystic came from, Mherby and Mystic. She spread the lies he fed her and in return he apparently kicked her aside and denied it. But I really don’t have to get into that, anyone can read the meltdown from last month’s update. I will thank them for giving me record breaking page hits and comments! They claim to hate me, my friends, and this site… yet they helped me more than they harmed me with their stupidity. So thank you OWE, keep being ignorant of yourselves or pretending to be… whichever you prefer.
But anyways, they have picked up the pieces of their self destruction. They lost their beloved Fataldark but managed to recruit Hildra to replace him (he/she/it left very recently though)! Nothing is more honest and mature than a SCAMMER (this is sarcasm by the way).
That is all for this month, I’m sure lots of people are angry and/or crying about things that have been said. But to be honest, I’m starting to care less and less. Everyone wants to feed me their BS and expect me to just be happy with that. I’m going to get more brutally honest I suppose, I’m thinking of doing a leader ranking post. That will of course, get lots of feedback I’m going to assume. But I don’t think I will be doing many interviews if any now. Sanouske hasn’t told me if he wants to keep doing it or not, but I know I don’t really want to. I scroll through the list to see a bunch of tags I never seen and don’t have any interest in finding out about them. But if Sano does start posting interviews, people better not get their hopes up about me stopping the monthly update. You will all still have to deal with me.
Now as usual, post any comment you have about the post. Even better, if you disagree with the rankings, then I encourage YOU to post how you would rank them. But don’t try to act above the whole ranking thing; it’s clearly about personal opinion! Everyone already knows that. But seriously, to all those that are thinking about complaining about the ranks, you try it.

We are about fair playing, and apparently trying to recruit new people snapped back and bit us. And no, the autoer would not be in JET anymore.
All I have to say is JET will eventually be back up we just hit a thick cloud.

as a very proud ex "jettian" i have to say that emily was like 6mths ago and jet is the 2nd best guild on eo in my opinion i was always made to feel welcome while in jet and their "jettitude" just rocks! idk who would of recruited semp as he always has cheated, maybe retty didnt know?

I think its time we all re-evaluate ourselves and make sure we are in fact walking the walk and not just talking the talk. Fair and honest play means following all the rules not just some. While we are all in agreement on the obvious cheats; speed and autoing- other 'minor' cheats are thrown by the wayside; excused, justified and forgotten. Who knew that the reintroduction of costumes would cause so many of us to stray? I for one can't help but wonder when I see pandas, turtles and devils walking around- whether the player truly obtained it, paid a speeder to get it, or just bought it unlore and probably duped from a cheater. Sadly, 9 times out of 10 its one of the latter two.

It, and its friends tend to stand around and spy on ppl. They claim to be a society, dedicated to god, to make Eo a "better" place by craming god down your throats, "helping" people who don't want their help. Its clinically depressed, due to problems with "its" bf who rumor has is Civet yet they like never together n hes eo married. It and its friends clain the "happy pills" make them see the light and talk to the angels. Yea, their a bunch of nut jobs.
LOL @ Hildra and her goons. They are nothing more than scammers and I've got about 10 screenies to prove it. I watched Hildra and her 'bf' lure their victims behind the GH. He tells them if they drop their (fires, frosts, saw, scav, tb) and count to 15 before picking up- then the item will magically dupe and he/she will have 2. I believe it went something like that. Meantime, Hildra picks it up and runs off with it. I witnessed about 15 such scams- each time I tried to interfere both out loud and in pms. Unfortunately greed got to these newbs and the thought of having two was worth the risk. Finally, I just ran them off- I can't stop them from scamming but I can stop it from happening right in front of me. Weeks later I had a pm convo with Hildra in which she told me she is actually working undercover to expose the scammers. She only pretends to be their partners. I asked if she gave the items back, she said no b/c it would blow her cover. She couldn't do it after the fact b/c she didnt know their names. I told her I had screenies with the names so she could make it right. Hildra excuse #2 was that she had to buy gold from Mobmfs before she could give anyone their items back. I think Hildra needs to quit taking her 'happy pills' or get a new scrip.

Paying for pixels is against the rules. A consequence of breaking a rule is that you can no longer make claim to be a fair player. I dont understand when ppl buy accts then expect the cheating history to be null and void b/c it is now owned by a 'fair' player. Arvid says it best 'the only way to erase the bad history is to delete and remake the acct'. There is no statute of limitations on hacks.

Costume greed has created a whole new breed of scammers; those that set up shop to obtain turtles/pandas/devils on your accts. The autofailer Enuv undercut all his competitors and has gained access to not only a ton of accts but also their guilds as well. Funny how ppl throw caution to the wind all for a silly costume. Enuv went on a scamming spree- stealing accts and destroying guilds. In typical theblackaxel fashion he commented on the forums 'never ever let ppl on your acct you wouldnt trust with your life.' This coming from the guy that lets fataldark sit on his walled acct in hopes that vult will log on to grant him parole. While I agree about sharing acct info- 'do as I say not as I do' is true cheater fashion.

Anyways... to those that cheat, it says a lot about the person. Yadda yadda read my rant etc. They can come up with as many excuses for it as they'd like (which they will) but they're just excuses (bad ones).
True, Mherbert was the first person on eo I ever met. I met him on Mrmatthews then lvl 0, and started first hanging out with him on his main, then lvl 26. He taught me alot about eo, but more then anything he drilled into my head, the ways to treat other people and above all others speed is bad.
Some time later, he got discouraged with the lack of admin, and began speeding himself.
Over the months he has drug some fully clean players down to that lvl and I watched my friends dwindle into something the were not.
I had tried speed many times trying to force myself to become like Mherbert so, I could stay with in his circle. I always fail ironically, because some where in the back of my mind I see the old Mark sitting at the port with me telling me speed is bad and takes away from other players.
I guess the "Do as I say, not as I do." Applies here too.
My guilt of speeding a few weeks takes over and I end up giving things away in bulk including gold, some more then what I collected because I believe I didn't earn any of it. If I could give away my experience I have earned through it I would.
Thing is, I truly hate speed more now then ever before, because speed has completely destroyed the circle of friends, I once had,

The idea that training spots are in some way assigned or leased is absurd. To stand in one spot amidst spawns and believe that they all belong to you is laughable at best. What you are doing is hogging monsters. I too trained incessantly day and night so I do know both sides of this issue. I remember becoming irate at ppl for 'stealing my rots'. How preposterous it all seems now. Any spawn on eo is fair game. There are no spots.

Medcat- Yes, I said I was guilty of doing it myself. Really I don't recall getting as worked up as some ppl- but I'm the first to admit I did it too. What brought this on mostly is what I've been witnessing while standing on the bridge. A lot of newer players walk by vines headed to the swamp temple- to bales. On the way they are attacked by rots and so they kill them. 9 out of 10 of these ppl don't know spots even exist. When they realize that they can in fact kill rots fairly easy and get pretty awesome exp, they might decide to stand on the bridge and do just that for a while. They dont know about G spots- to them rots and vines spawn wild and rampant in the swamp. As we all know there are a limited number of 'spots' and a lot more ppl wanting to train. Is it really fair to hog a 'spot' that has 2 vines and 6 rots at a time? Is it really fair to assume all the spawns in the 'spot' should be yours? Think about it.

Az, I had to help you out a little there for some of the slower people reading this to understand you. I can sense the frustraition and bitterness in your words. I can go on and on about how dumb you are, but I think your post speaks for itself. Lol.
I dont believe i own a spot nor do i believe in "real" ksing. I just use that term to explain when people come where I am training and "ks/compete" with me. I call it competing, but everyone is use to the term ks anyways, so you cant really say there isnt ksing. To stand in one spot and "train" is absurd. Its just a big waste of time all together. When youre my lvl, there isnt really much else to do and I did enjoy talking to friends and or group training. "Ksing" Doesnt annoy me. I like to fight.(obviously) Training is boring to me unless im fighting with someone, "ks battle" or verbal. I wouldnt be lvl 72 if i didnt enjoy competing. I dont get "worked up" I enjoy all the shit people can throw at me. It gives me a chance to fight back, which I love. Bottom line, if youre not ready to compete and deal with peoples shit on eo, then gtfo. At one point or another, you will have to stand your ground and fight. Some people will say, I dont compete, I dont ks people. Well, just because you say you dont, doesnt mean you dont compete, or argue. Im sure you dont just stand there being super sweet and nice to everyone. Think about it. Everyone bitches and complains about eo. Face it, eo has always been that way, and its not going to change. The people who play eo (the majority) wont change either. Like i said previously, get use to it.
I wasn't talking about you J. I've never seen you sit on the bridge and complain about anyone. You aren't passive aggressive. If you have a problem with someone you are quick to let them know. It's a healthy way to be. +1,000 points to J for dealing with ppl directly.

As for camp thieving, as i call it. Why isnt this bad? It is like straight pissing in someones area. I kinda disagree, KSing is part of the problem, RESPECT... it is gone. I will defend my spot, and do so quite well. If you walk into a area and no one is there, it is yours. If you walk into said area and someone is there, it isn't.
It goes to the root of the downfall of EO, again RESPECT. Respect your fellow player.

No- I don't remember what happened when you were lvl 30 and hit a vine. I can barely remember what I ate for dinner last night.
Question #2- I heal ppl all the time no matter where I am. The only ppl I let die are speeders and autoers. Recently I have lost all my heals- I am now a warrior in the hopes of getting a panda...yeah right. Yet even now without heals, I offer ppl pots when I see they are in need. I even offered one of your guildies pots the other day while he was training b/c I couldnt heal him.
I'm sure you had a point to be made there about watching 'nubs' die- but its lost on me. I actually enjoy(ed) healing ppl.

And- I'm pretty sure I mentioned a few times that I myself was guilty of this practice of owning spots. But thanks for clarifying it a third time in case someone missed it.

Respect on a game, thats amusing. I get your point med. Just cause we play games doesnt mean were not human. I treat people with respect if they deserve it. Otherwise they are no use to me. I do not play this game for any particular reason, nor do I pretend to be such a great guy. I like to fight, thats my personality. Im the same way if you met me in real life. I was just stating my opinions. Ive heard people complain about eo for years and my previous post was not directed at anyone. It was an overall view of the game and peoples attitudes in general.
Ill say it once more, eo is about competition. When it first came out, it wasnt as bad. Not as many players and I can remember for the most part, everyone was tolerant of eachother. I think the lack of respect has to do with the increase of players and the limited amount of training grounds. Also, the admins arent doing their "job."
I have to say, I dont really like Arvid because Ive seen him act as foolish as anyone on eo. I respect him though for attempting to deal with the speed/autoing problem. Arvid can only do so much before Vult logs on and basically "erases" any progress Arvid might have made. I use to think Arvid was the bad guy, but my view has changed. Vult is the bad guy. Ive lost hope in Vult. Ive made excuses on why I think Vult isnt doing anything. Trying to understand Vult is nearly impossible.
You want to solve the problems in eo? Well, nothing will change unless Vult steps in. We need more content in eo, no more cheating, an "official" list of what is acceptable game play and what is not, and enforcement of the rules, BANS not walling. Then, maybe there will be change.
